I have 4 dogs.. Chihuahua dogs, they're cute but very angry.. They are barking like ALL THE TIME :O Almost… When it's blowing or when there's any noise outside or even when they see a bird the start barking again… And it's hard to make them NOT barking… Is there anything I can do to learn them to NOT start barking when they see people? Like.. Should I spray water on them when they start barking or what should I do? THEY WON'T LISTEN TO ME!! When I tell them or scream at them they'll stop.. But next time when they see people they will start again : /Please help? They're barking now.. And all the time..

Question number one:
I'm going to be adopting a one year old American Pit Bull Terrierwith in the next couple weeks(Female – 52 pounds) from my local animal shelter and i am ordering some stuff off of a website (A reputable website!) i already ordered a twelve month supply of both Frontline Plus and Heartgard Plus. I also ordered Super Pure Omega 3 240 capsules (I am ordering everything i need all at once.) I have already bought multiple toys, three leashes (A nylon leash, a chain leash, and a leather leash), two flat collars, Shampoo, a crate/kennel, a extra large dog bed, an elevated food and water dish holder, food and water bowls (Four), and i have $2,500 set aside in the bank for any emergencies (Unexpected Veterinary Emergency)… I do have a veterinarian appointment set up for June 16th (I will be getting my American Pit Bull Terrier on the 12th) and i am signing her up for obedience classes that start on June 22nd.
Is there anything else that i need for my new companion that i am missing?

Question number two:
I am wondering how long a 30 pound bag of Taste Of The Wild Wetlands Canine with Roasted Fowl Dry Dog Food along with 12 cans of Taste Of The Wild Wetlands Canine with Roasted Fowl Canned Dog Food (13.3 OZ in each can) would last (An estimate would be fantastic!)? I don't know if i should order two bags and 24 cans, or just one bag and 12 cans for the time being.

I am so excited to get my dog, i have been saving up for my own dog since i was 17 years old (I am now 26 years old) and waiting until i was in a good place (Both financially and having my own home/fenced in yard/etc..) to adopt my own dog.

I am 25 yrs old my boyfriend is 24 years , we have been dating for almost 5 years now, lived together for 4 years. We have a pretty good relationship, barely any fighting just a bit of arguing here and there but never lasts long. We both have good paying jobs, we even have a dog together and have been looking for our own house for a year now. Our families are fantastic and we get along great. But why? still no proposal? He knows how much i would love to get married and have that special day I have been dreaming about since i was child. And he can tell that I am feeling resentment lately and bitter every time i hear some of my friends getting hitched. I didn't want to bring it up because i know guys can get scared from this topic but i had to ask him where we stand and what is next. He isn't proposing and he says it's not me, but it's scary and then i say "well its been awhile now and i don;t know what you want in this" and he just says "he's not sure yet". He has always involved me in his future but why is it so hard to just do it already! Is it because I am older than him? I don't want this to be that quote "why buy a cow when you can get your milk for free"

You know that spot right in the middle of your back where you can't reach? A tick is right there. /: I don't have anyone I can ask to get it off and it is SO painful to try and take it off myself. I went to my grandmother's house today and I got like five ticks…I got all the others off, but this one just seems to be impossible. I have gotten a tick every single time I've gone to her house, and nothing has ever happened…everyone in my family gets them all the time and sometimes they forget to remove them and they don't ever get sick from it…I know I could possibly get a disease from it, but I just want to know: realistically, what are the chances of that? Is it very important that I remove it or is it just something I should do? I think it might be a brown dog tick, but I'm not sure. It is VERY small and of course not very easy to see…but I am pretty sure that it is not a deer tick. The others I had on me looked like brown dog ticks. I have tried looking in a mirror with a big one and a small one at the same time and it just doesn't work.

If I can't remove it, what should I do? Nothing? Should I put something on it, or will that just make it regurgitate? Please help. /:

There is a puppy outside, maybe 5 months old, tied up to a gate on about 3-4 inches of leash and if he doesn't stand a certain way he would choke. He is sitting in the sun- no water. The dog does look healthy. He is also starting to get scrape like marks on his neck from the color being pulled. Is this animal cruelty? I feel bad and I would take him in if I could.
